All users of this site, and customers of Never Late Printing agree to the following terms and conditions when requesting product or services through our website, by telephone, email, or any other means of communication. When you use this website or choosing to purchase a product from Never Late Printing, you agree to the following terms and conditions and are bound by the applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site and do not place an order for product or service from Never Late Printing .When using this website, placing an order, or interacting with Never Late Printing Staff, it is understood that you agree to the following.
Please note that the following POSTED policies and procedures apply to all Never Late Printing clients and applies to all orders and transaction whether handled by phone, email, or through this Internet website.
Graphic Approval
Never Late Printing reserves the right to agree or refuse to design, modify, or change artwork upon request from the client. If Never Late Printing agrees to design, modify, or change client artwork, then a pdf proof will be provided to the client for final review and approval. The proof must be approved before printing can take place. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data, spelling, graphic placement, photo quality, color, and content contained in the order prior to approving your proof for print. This approval is final, and not reversible.
Client Artwork
When Client submits artwork. It is understood that the client is submitting the work following the "File Submission Guide" posted on this website and referenced in the written Order Form. Client takes full responsibility for the accuracy of all data, spelling, graphic placement, photo quality, color, and content as presented in the file. Never Late Printing reviews the artwork for print worthiness and is not responsible to notify the client if the artwork submitted does not follow the posted guidelines provided. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to confirm the accuracy and quality of all submitted data, spelling, graphic placement, photo quality, color, and content contained in the order prior to submitting it for print. If RAW files are submitted (psd, doc, xls, ai, etc.) Never Late Printing takes no responsibility if there is a shifting in RAW art (see guidelines for reference). Submission is final, and not refundable once printed.
REPRINT, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY:
At Never Late Printing we print solely Custom Orders. All Custom Printing orders are Final. Custom Printing is defined as a "client specific" or "artwork specific" printing request. This constitutes a product that cannot be restocked or resold by Never Late Printing.
When custom printing is ordered and a pdf proof is provided, Client is required to approve the job BEFORE Never Late Printing schedules production. At that point, the client is financially responsible for the order, and cancelling the order or refusing the shipment does not release the client from financial responsibility.
When custom printing is ordered and NO proof is provided, Client submitted electronic file "artwork" serves as proof confirmation. Once client artwork and order is received, the job is agreed to be printed "as is". At that point, the client is financially responsible for the order, and cancelling the order or refusing the shipment does not release the client from financial responsibility.
Never Late Printing does NOT offer refunds on Custom Printing, and Client is not entitled to replacement printing or refund unless the print or product quality provided is a result of product defect or production quality, controllable by Never Late Printing.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please contact us immediately for replacement review. Reprint requests can be made by calling 702-248-9777. Please state the reason for the request and we will immediately remedy the problem if the error was the fault of Never Late Printing (Qualified Return).
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) issued by Never Late Printing.
